WHO: State Senator Doug Mastriano (R-33) is hosting a press conference Thursday, October 8 at 10 am to unveil monument protection legislation (SB1321).

WHERE: Eternal Peace Light Memorial, Mummasburg Road, Gettysburg.
WHAT: Mastriano introduced the monument protection legislation in partnership with Senators Dave Arnold (R-48), Judy Ward (R-30) and Dave Argall (R-29). The legislation was recently assigned to the Senate Judiciary Committee. Senate Bill 1321 aims to strengthen existing state code, as well as implement new deterrents.
