Senator Doug Mastriano will join Rep. Daryl Metcalfe and other state lawmakers on the state Capitol steps Monday, August 24 at 2 p.m. to introduce a new initiative to protect and preserve the Constitutionally-affirmed rights of Pennsylvania citizens against the governor’s tyrannical abuse of emergency powers.
