Senate Bill 5 (DiSanto) – Amends the Regulatory Review Act to require the General Assembly and the Governor to approve all regulations with an economic impact or cost to the Commonwealth, its political subdivisions, and to the private sector that exceed $1.0 million.

Senate Bill 609 (Brooks) – Amends the Regulatory Review Act providing for additional procedures for reviewing regulations.

Senate Bill 1034 (Phillips-Hill) – Amends the Fiscal Code to provide for grant oversight.
