Mastriano and Robinson Announced Legislation for Establishment of the “Law Enforcement Recovery Grant Program”

HARRISBURG – A joint press event was held on Tuesday to announce police funding legislation, Senate Bill 1193, that will allocate $100 million in American Rescue Plan funds to create the “Law Enforcement Recovery Grant Program.”

Who: Sen. Doug Mastriano (R-33) and Sen. Devlin Robinson (R-37), Chief Robert Glenny (Gettysburg Police Department), Lieutenant Jon Greenawalt (Chambersburg Police Department), Alfe Goodwin (Retired Officer of the Philadelphia Police Department)

What: Announcement of legislation allocating $100 million in American Rescue Plan funds to create the “Law Enforcement Recovery Grant Program.”
